42 Ways To Embrace Creativity During Quarantine

This has been a strange few weeks for all of us. As an artist, launching myself into creative endeavors has been getting me through. I have also seen an outpouring of incredibly cool artistic projects on social media. Here is a list of 42 ways that you can become involved, whether it’s by sparking your own creative adventures or seeing some of the wonderful work that artists are doing at this time! 

FREE ways to get involved! 

1.     Socially Distant Craft Club

Description: “Are you sequestered in your home, glued to your phone, endlessly scrolling through your newsfeed? Are you feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, and isolated? Are you looking for an excuse to finally get back into bonsai gardening? Now’s your chance! 2.     Quarantine Karaoke

Description: “You are encouraged to post videos of yourself singing your favorite songs to distract from the world pandemic and pull each other closer together. Positive vibes only and FUN is a requirement! 😊”

3.     Virtual Necessity Open Mic

Description: “Life is a little odd right now, and those of us who have become accustomed to performing music, prose, poetry, and comedy in front of a live audience to learn, try things out, and share with others have been left without a venue. This is the bridge.”

4.     Quarantine Creators Club 

Description: “Produce cool stuff, fueled by virtual collaboration. [We] provide positive peer pressure and the nudge you needed to create consistently. Some artists (US!
